01. Data Collection & Intent

To operate our automated booking service, we collect:

• Account Data: Your name and email address (provided via Google Auth or manual signup).
• Club Credentials: Your specific golf club Member ID and password.
• Playing Partners: The names and Member IDs of the individuals you configure in your booking groups. By providing their details, you confirm you have their consent to use them for booking purposes.

02. Credential Encryption

Your security is our top priority. Your golf club passwords are encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption in our Google Cloud Firebase database. Our backend workers only decrypt these credentials temporarily in memory during your scheduled booking windows to authenticate with the club server, after which they are immediately discarded from memory.

03. Third-Party Processing

We rely on world-class infrastructure partners to deliver our service securely:

• Stripe: All payment and subscription processing is handled strictly by Stripe. AutoTeeBooker does not see, capture, or store your credit card information.
• Google Cloud (Firebase): Our application database and user authentication are securely hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure.

04. Data Retention & Deletion

You maintain complete control over your data. If you archive a schedule, your booking preferences are retained for your convenience. However, if you choose to delete your AutoTeeBooker account, all personally identifiable information, encrypted club credentials, and saved playing groups will be permanently purged from our active databases.
