01. Service Description & Non-Affiliation

AutoTeeBooker is an independent, third-party automation software. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by MiClub or any specific golf club, course, or facility. Our service simply automates the web requests a user would otherwise perform manually.

02. Club Policies & Assumption of Risk

Users are solely responsible for understanding and abiding by the terms, conditions, and booking policies of their respective golf clubs.

Some golf clubs may have policies prohibiting the use of automated booking software or bots. By using AutoTeeBooker, you assume all risk and liability. AutoTeeBooker will not be held liable for any warnings, suspensions, account terminations, or loss of membership privileges resulting from the use of our service.

03. Credits, Subscriptions & Refunds

• Free Credit: New users are granted one (1) free booking credit. This credit is deducted only upon a successful booking.
• Elite Subscription: Continued use requires an Elite Membership ($5.00/month), billed automatically via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal.
• Refunds: Because success depends on factors outside our control (like club tee-sheet availability), we do not offer refunds for missed bookings or failed attempts.

04. Fair Use & System Capacity

To protect server infrastructure and avoid placing undue load on golf club servers, users are strictly limited to a maximum of two (2) active automated schedules per week. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that attempt to bypass these limits, artificially flood club servers, or engage in malicious web scraping.

05. Account Credentials & Security

AutoTeeBooker requires your club credentials to perform bookings on your behalf. We utilize AES-256 encryption to store these credentials securely. However, you are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of these credentials. AutoTeeBooker is not responsible for failed bookings resulting from expired passwords, changed member IDs, or unfinancial club statuses.

06. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AutoTeeBooker, its founders, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party golf club policy.
